Nokia 1 Plus and Nokia 9 PureView were listed on Google Play Store Listing which confirms that both the devices are ready to hit the market. In the Google Play store listing, the Nokia 1 Plus and Nokia 9 PureView are code-named ANT and AOP respectively. With decent cameras and good battery backup, the Nokia 1 Plus is an entry-level smartphone sporting some good features. Display of Nokia 1 is good for viewing videos and images. Cameras of the smartphone are good at clicking decent images in low light conditions. There is enough memory space available for storing files and data. The battery of the device is good at providing power backup for a day. But the smartphone lacks a fingerprint scanner.

Display and Connectivity

The Nokia 1 Plus features a 5.0-inch IPS LCD display. The screen comes with a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels and has a pixel density of 215 PPI that is good for viewing clear videos.
The smartphone comes with 4G VoLTE connectivity. Other connectivity features include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Mobile-Hotspot and A-GPS.

Configuration and Battery

The Nokia 1 Plus comes with a quad-core, 1.5GHz, Cortex A53 processor based on a MediaTek MT6739 chipset. The device has a 1GB RAM. In terms of graphics, there is a PowerVR GE8100 graphics processor. The smartphone has a powerhouse of 2,500mAh Li-ion battery that is able to provide a decent backup for a day on a single charge.

Storage and Camera

The Nokia 1 Plus features an 8GB internal memory that can be further expanded to a good 128GB by a microSD card. The smartphone comes with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, which delivers clear images. In the front, it houses a 5MP lens which can click good selfies as well.

Final Thoughts

Nokia 1 Plus is expected to be a decent smartphone with a price tag of Rs. 5,999 (about 100 EUR) awaiting to be launched on Feb 26, 2019. This is 1 GB RAM / 8 GB internal storage variant of Nokia which is expected to available in Black, Gold colour.
